Administrative History
Lorne Proudfoot first ran in the electoral district of Acadia in the 1917 election as an independent, finishing third. He won the district as a UFA candidate in the 1921, 1926 and 1930 elections. He was defeated in the 1935 election to Social Credit candidate Norman James.
