Administrative History
E. Hepburn was born in England in 1881 and trained as a schoolteacher. She joined her first husband Leslie Stephenson in the Elnora area in 1908. Mr Stephenson died in 1910, and she married Percival Hepburn in 1912. Mrs. Hepburn served as a UFWA director from 1925 to 1933, as convener for UFA Junior Branch work from 1929 to 1932, and as 2nd Vice President from 1931-1932.
