Administrative History
In 1938 Bill Marshall began operating an independent bulk petroleum distribution plant on his farmstead near Stavely, Alberta, hauling fuel directly from a refinery at Turner Valley. In 1947 it became an agency of U.F.A. Central Co-op. In 1966 Bill retired and his son Jack Marshall took over the agency. In 1978 Jack closed the agency and purchased the UFA agency in Claresholm in partnership with his son Steve. In 1990 Jack retired and his son-in-law Larry MacDonald became Steve's partner in the agency.
