Scope and Content
This article contains an account of the growth throughout the Dominion of Canada of the spirit of co-operation between the Organized Farmer and Labor Groups, for the purpose of obtaining for each group the representation to which it is entitled. The Farmers and Labor are the only two organized democratic groups at present in the field of political affairs. The Article also contains a statement, by the Farmers' Sun, Toronto, of the fundamental issue involved in the forthcoming Federal Election, which is "not the tariff,"important as that issue is, but "the rule of a class." The Farmers' Sun summarizes the reasons which have necessitated the entry of the Farmers into politics as an economic group.

Scope and Content
The principle of group organization has become a dominating issue in the present Federal Election campaign. Leaders of both the old-line parties, and the reactionaries of both parties, have assailed the United Farmers of Alberta, and have charged the organized farmers with adherence to a disruptive doctrine. Premier Meighen and Hon. W. L. Mackenzie King find themselves on common ground in attacking the farmers' movement. On the other hand the principle for which the organized farmers stand has gained many new adherents, both in the ranks of organized labor and among the independent voter of the cities, while the approval which the new Alberta government has won from all classes since it came to power has led prominent former opponents to revise their views. In his [sic.] pamphlet the views of various public men and newspapers upon the subject of group organization are given.
