This file includes 4 copies of the 1921 constitution. The boundaries of this constituency changed at some point between 1921 and 1934 (Probably in 1933). Each version contains a map of the constituency boundaries. Edward Joseph Garland was elected MP for this riding from 1921-1925, first as a Progressive candidate and then, from 1926, as the United Farmers candidate.

Notes
1921 version contains a map of the district. Memo is signed in ink by Secretary-Treasurer Mrs. A. A. Baker. One copy of the 1923 constituion is also signed by her and impressed with the association seal. Robert Gardiner was MP from 1921-1925 for the Progressives. He became MP for Acadia when riding boundaries were changed after the 1925 election, where he represented the Progressives and the United Farmers from 1926-1935.

Riding abolished in 1926. William Smith was MLA from 1921-1926. He then represented the new riding of Empress from 1926-1935.

Administrative History
For several years, UFA Co-op sponsored teams that competed in the chuckwagon races at the Calgary Stampede and other events. Drivers included Ron Sutherland, Kirk Sutherland, Mike Vigen, and Tyler Helmig. UFA Co-op was also a co-sponsor of the Eat Beef and AgPro chuckwagons. In 1998 the UFA/AgPro chuckwagon piloted by Tyler Helmig finished eighth in the World Churckwagon standings.

William Smith was a rancher in the Chappice Lake area, North-east of Medicine Hat . Smith won a seat in the electoral District of Redcliff in the 1921 Alberta general election. In 1926, he ran in and won the new district of Empress, winning the seat again in 1930. He ran for a fourth term in 1935, losing to Social Credit Candidate David Lush.

Alexander Moore was MLA from 1919-1926, first elected in a by-election. He was succeeded by Robert McCool as MLA from 1926-1935.

Notes
1921 version contains a map of the district. Memo is signed in ink by Secretary-Treasurer Mrs. A. A. Baker. One copy of the 1923 constituion is also signed by her and impressed with the association seal. Robert Gardiner was MP from 1921-1925 for the Progressives. He became MP for Acadia when riding boundaries were changed after the 1925 election, where he represented the Progressives and the United Farmers from 1926-1935.
