This file includes 4 copies of the 1921 constitution. The boundaries of this constituency changed at some point between 1921 and 1934 (Probably in 1933). Each version contains a map of the constituency boundaries. Edward Joseph Garland was elected MP for this riding from 1921-1925, first as a Progressive candidate and then, from 1926, as the United Farmers candidate.

Notes
Mr. Garland was an executive member of the United Farmers of Alberta (UFA), 1919-1921, and was elected in 1921 as Member of Parliament for the Bow River constituency, a position he held until 1935. Garland served as President of the United Farmers of Alberta in the early 1930s. In 1935 he was appointed Secretary to the High Commissioner of Canada in Dublin; Acting High Commissioner for Canada to Ireland in 1946; Charges d'Affaires for Canada to Denmark; ambassador to Norway in 1947; and ambassador to Iceland in 1949.

Notes
Michael Luchkovich was born in Shamokin, Pennsylvania, and moved to Canada in 1907. He completed a B.A. at the University of Manitoba in 1916 and a teaching certificate from the Calgary Normal School a year later, and began teaching in Innisfree. Luchkovich ran as a UFA candidate and was elected to the Canadian House of Commons in the 1926 Canadian federal election in the riding of Vegreville, becoming the first Member of Parliament of Ukranian descent. He was re-elected in the 1930 federal election. He was a founding member of the Co-operative Commonwealth Federation. Running as a CCF candidate in the 1935 election, he was narrowly defeated by Social Credit candidate William Hayhurst.

Notes
William Thomas Lucas was born in Bailieboro, Ontario in 1875. In 1918 he bought a farm east of Lougheed. Lucas ran in the 1921 federal election in the electoral district of Victoria as a UFA candidate, winning the seat. Lewis won in the new electoral district of Camrose in the 1925 federal election, and again in 1926 and 1930. In the 1935 federal election Lucas ran as a Conservative candidate, finishing third behind the winning Social Credit candidate James Alexander Marshall. Lucas moved to Ottawa following his defeat.
