This federal district was made of up of the provincial districts Coronation, Ribstone, Wainwright, Alexandra, Vermillion and St. Paul (and one slive of Beaver River). Henry Elvins Spencer was elected MP for this riding from 1921-1925, first as a Progressive candidate and then, from 1926, as the United Farmers candidate.
