The Consort Junior U.F.A., a club for young members of farm families in the district of Consort, Alberta, was active in the 1940s. Its secretaries during that period were Erdine Redel, Helen Redel, Shirley Redel, and Shirley Isaac. Upon the formation of the Farmers Union of Alberta in 1949, it became the Consort Junior F.U.A.
The fonds includes minute books of Kerndale U.F.A. Local No. 775, 1918-1941, including financial and membership records. Includes a transcription of the 1918-1927 minute book produced in 2003. Includes the By-laws of the North Peace Purchasing Committee (ca. 1935).

Kerndale U.F.A. Local No. 775 was a member of the North Peace Purchasing Committee, a consortium of U.F.A. locals which cooperated by purchasing produce and farm products, such as root vegetables, apples, twine, and salt, by the carload.
