Fred McMillan began with UFA in 1971 as Petroleum Marketing Supervisor of Territory No. 3. In 1975, McMillan was appointed Territory Manager in the Petroleum Division. McMillan became manager of the Calgary UFA Petroleum location in 1989, while also working as Territory Manager. He resigned as Territory Manager in 1993 and continued to manage the Calgary location.
